Andrew P Jensen jrA member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, business executive Andrew P. Jensen Jr. serves as managing partner and principal for the Boerke Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded in 1921, the Boerke Company has established itself as a respected leader in commercial real estate in Wisconsin. As a principal with the firm, Andrew P. Jensen, Jr. is responsible for the Boerke Company’s tenant/landlord representation, market analysis, and consulting and brokerage services for businesses and individuals.

A respected voice in his field, Mr. Jensen has earned a number of honors and awards throughout his career. In recognition of his superior service to the real estate industry, he was named by the Commercial Association of Realtors as the 2010 Wisconsin Realtor of the Year. In addition, he was named 2011 Realtor of the Year by the National Association of Realtors, the national trade organization for real estate professionals.

Andrew P. Jensen Jr. began laying the groundwork for his career as a student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While there, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Administration. A dedicated student, he also participated in the highly-regarded Graaskamp Real Estate Program. In addition to his other responsibilities, Andrew P. Jensen, Jr. serves on the Chicago Title Advisory Board and previously served as Chairman of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW).

When not fulfilling his professional responsibilities with the Boerke Company and Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew P. Jensen, Jr. enjoys a variety of leisure activities, including spending time with his wife and children, travelling, and playing golf.
